[Suggestion] Feature Suggestion - "Create Channel" Channel

There are bots that offer the possibility to create a "Create Channel" channel. Users can join this channel to create an own voice channel.

I suggest that this feature is also integrated directly into Discord. Every Discord server I know that doesn't want to have 1000's of talks has this feature. However, such servers are down as soon as the bot is no longer working properly or must be taken offline for service.

If you have now created a channel with the "create channel" channel (what a name xD) it would be great if you could edit this channel without commands (as if you have admin rights in this channel).
