Let people without nitro have non-animated banners

My suggestion is to make banners accessible to non-Nitro users. Banners are such an essential feature to express yourself, in the same way as profile pics. And it's a shame that we can't have access to them. Nitro subscribers could still have animated banners as a perk.

    Or like, they could make the whole banner function non-nitro as it's just cosmetic thing and nothing that worth to make you pay $10 for. :02Shrug:

    I had talked about making the banner accessible to all nitro and not specifically nitro boost because :

    The nitro boost subscription mainly benefits the servers, unlike the classic nitro which benefits the users personally. For me the profile banner is a personal utility so that should be accessible to classic nitro too...

    This way, it remains an advantage for nitro users without starting to set apart classic nitro users to those of nitro boost.
