[feature request] keep camera on when switching channels

I'm running a server for a music performance which involves players switching channels regularly to form and reform groups. It works really well (super fast!), but when joining a new channel the camera, which was on in the previous channel, automatically gets turned off. An option to keep the camera on for each user when switching channels would be really useful and avoid having to get players to click each time.

I checked in with support and they asked me to post the suggestion here as a feature request.

    YES Please! I've been looking for this feature for awhile now also.  I've been playing an online social deduction game where switching voice channels happens throughout the game and we're forced to use Zoom at the moment because of this not being possible in Discord.  Switching between Zoom breakout rooms is super slow and just keeping a user's camera on as an option would be more than great.  Please add this.
