Animated Server Banner at Tier 3 Boosts?

I would absolutely LOVE the ability to be able to make the banner of your server animated, given a Tier 3 or Partnered threshold.

    This is a GREAT idea. Currently, a Tier 3 server has very few perks compared to Tier 2, and an animated banner for the server will look amazing.
