An option to toggle some sort of voice Equalizer for voice Channels

So for example there are multiple people in a call and one has a microphone that is pretty soft, so you need to turn him up manually and then there is a guy with a really loud microphone and you need to turn him down manually. 

If there was a funktion where discord did this automatically, that would be great!
