Add more supported image formats for animated profile banners
At present only animated GIF is supported which is a legacy format with poor quality/file size. Adding support for WEBP / APNG and AVIF would reduce the file size while allowing better quality images.

We're now in mid-2023, and this still has not been implemented.
As an official and newly graduated graphic designer, I can guarantee that WebP and WebM formats are becoming increasingly popular image formats to use, which keep the image quality, but uses not as many bytes as GIFs and JPGs.
Discord, where you at? This is truly the image formats we need, for us people who want to do some fancy animated profile picture or profile banner, but ends up being too large (10+ MB). Instead, WebP and WebM formats will reduce the file size, while not compromising the image quality.
