Bug - Windows - "Default" Output Device not being dynamically updated.

Discord doesn't update dynamically with the default output device selected in windows when "Default" is selected as the output device.

If changed after being connected to voice chat it ignores the change. Even restarting the client seems to sometimes ignore it.

  I have an external monitor, and Discord seems to prefer the monitor as the Default, while my Windows settings are defaulted to my primary device. Restarting the client doesn't work either.

  @RoboGeek I'm assuming your monitor has speakers
