Custom stickers and bigger emojis and file sizes

I feel like this is badly needed, 256kbs isn't much for animated stickers and it's annoying to constantly downsize it to that file size and sometimes it isn't possible without making some sacrifices. Custom stickers are available on other apps, if they were introduced to Discord as server owned like emojis that would be amazing.
