Logging in with your discord username and password

So instead of signing in to your discord with your email/phone you can type in your username and password to login or you can type in your email/phone

  People say it would be “insecure”

  But how about we can log in with username OR email, and if you’re worried about being hacked, there can be a two step verification option. This would be very convenient to people who have lost access to their email and only have their username and password on hand. Discord doesn’t allow changing the email when you’re not logged in for security reasons, so otherwise many people (including me), wouldn’t ever have a chance of logging back into old accounts with popular servers and close friends.

  I do understand that Chris But they will not know your password and they can enable 2FA too.
