Change Username Text Background Depending on Roles Similar to Notion's Background Color Feature

I would love for Discord to implement a feature similar to Notion where when adding roles to users the role could change the background color instead of the font color. I feel like this would add more creativity and more combinations when it comes to roles and user management in general.
