Fix "Upload Failed" message for non-friends in DM

I've had DM conversations with someone who'd messaged me before from a mutual server. I allow anyone to DM me, and I guess since he messaged me first, I can reply back to him without being friends?

Anway, two weeks later I tried to send him an image, but it kept displaying this message "Upload Failed". I thought my image was too big, so I resized it smaller. Still failed, so I resized it smaller again. "Upload Failed" again. Maybe Discord had an outage with file uploads. So I uploaded the image to imgur.com and sent a link to the image. And boom -- the real reason shows up: "the recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends".

Please fix the "Upload Failed" message to show the real reason when the recipient only allows direct messages from friends.
