I can't get any response via support

I have made multiple attempts to contact support: issue tickets, replying to the initial support email, twitter... since Jun 7th.

I am getting no response, or getting redirected to a bot that can't correctly interpret my reply.

I was going to use discords teams to start creating some discord bots; but the difficulty in trying to resolve an issue (or even just contact you) is making me consider abandoning the platform.

Do I actually get access to support if I upgrade to Nitro?
