SVG Upload as Profile picture and Server emoji's

It would be wonderful if we could upload SVGs (Scalable Vector Graphics) as our profile pictures, server emojis, server banners, server icons, profile banner etc.

  My new profile picture looks awful after converting it to a PNG and being compressed to ridiculous size such that it doesn't even look like the same image from a distance
