RUSSIAN VERSION:Такая проблема, в Discord на панели нет значка колокольчика, хотя в настройках уведомлений в самом Discord все включено, вопрос может кто мне помочь? переустановка и т. д. не помогает, просто нет значка колокольчика и значка сообщения
