Discord Support Team is not replying

I mailed for my Nitro Refund since so long now. Discord support team is not even replying to me. It has been more than a week now - No reply since! Now they will just say, It has been more than 5 days, so no refund. What should I do now? Whom shall I seek?

  Making a second request seem to be the only way to get a response. its 5 days to open a request so since you did it before 5 days you should be fine. personally mine took 6 days to get a response and even now it's been 4 days and no further response from support.

  Update : They replied, and helped me get refund! So thankful to Discord! ✨❤️
