Cancelled Nitro, Now It Won't Let Me Purchase Nitro Anymore

I cancelled my Nitro in hopes it would activate my Nitro credit since it didn't work last month and I still got charged. Long story short, it didn't activate and now I don't have Nitro.

Now anytime I try to purchase it again, I can't get past the Nitro plan screen without crashing. I tried asking support for help multiple times and it's like they don't read my whole post, or even look at the title. They automatically assumed after the first sentence that I was talking about Nitro credit issues.

They closed my ticket 2 times, with no answer. Only to find out they left an answer on my other ticket where I'm asking for a refund on a server boost I was charged twice for, which they have yet refund me. And it's as I said before, they just assumed it was Nitro credit issues. So I submitted another ticket, got a reply from someone else, and unsurprisingly it was the same damn answer.

I've never been so disappointed in Discord Support in my life. I just wanted to buy Nitro and it's like they refuse to help me. I also found out that I can apparently buy Nitro Gifts, but somehow I can't buy Nitro for myself without crashing. every. single. time.
