Give us the option to change between 12-hour & 24-hour time without having to change the language settings.

I live in Australia, so I have it set to English, UK. But I quickly found that doing that changes the time to be shown in 24-hour format, which is more annoying to read. Meanwhile, English, US gives the 12-hour format, but it keeps trying to correct my spelling to US spelling. There needs to be an option to set the time format without affecting the language.
