How do you report inappropriate and uncomfortable GIFs from Tenor on Discord?

You know the GIF button that you click then search through via Tenor on Discord?

To say the least, I found some kind of sus gifs when I made a search looking for Game of Thrones memes. GIFs that had nothing to do with Game of Thrones, but had some shots of actual children at a pool which I felt were really uncomfortable to look at given how the camera would focus on certain things on these poor kids.

I thought that I could simply right click and be presented a drop down so that I can report these images and have them taken off my feed at the very least, but you can't do that. I'm not sure why that isn't a feature, because that would be VERY useful. 

But it isn't. 

And by going through Tenor, I can't find anything that relates to reporting a gif, even if by copying and pasting a link with a few really standard buttons to click and send off somewhere. 

And I don't know how to report these gifs on Discord without having to click on these gifs myself so that they're in a post and then I guess reportable? But I don't want to somehow report myself and get banned because I was trying to remove weird GIFs, then somehow, these GIFs aren't even removed. Just my account for having clicked on them. 

What do I do? I found this by accident and while it's not severe, I guess, it's enough to make my skin crawl.
