Add a way to disable the mute/unmute sound effect on iOS

As a user, I would like to not have a sound effect play when I mute or unmute myself.

On desktop clients it's possible to disable the sound effect that happens when toggling your own mute status. That option does not exist on iOS.

  Why would it be an issue to not have the option to disable that sound? It notifies you when you mute or unmute.

  Hi Opal. The mute/unmute sound is broadcast to everyone in the session, not just locally. So when you're in a conversation with many other people, it can be distracting with all of the mute/unmute sounds happening. There are still visual indications of when you are muted or not.
