Add icelandic to languages

As discord is a widely used communication platform, I feel that Icelanders should be given support in the native language . especially since icelandic is slowly dying due to online communication platforms not offering support for the speaker of the language.

  Maybe creating a Discord server in the Icelandic language would help you find people who speak it.
