Custom Auto Emote Keybinds
In regards to the auto emote converter for things like :), ;), <3, etc., it might be useful to set it up so that we can toggle specific ones. For example, in my personal experience, I didn't much like most of the auto-emotes, but when I turned it off, I realized there was one that I did like to use, which was <3 becoming ❤️. I used to use it a lot but now it's just a hassle opening up the emotes just for that.
Besides that, having the ability to make custom auto-emotes for not only global emotes but also the ones we get from servers (via Nitro, Twitch Subs, etc.) so that people could create easy to type shortcuts (I'll call them keybinds from here on out for ease of understanding). In the setting for this, people would be able to go into. the emotes for each server they're in, and set up keybinds for whichever they want. If they have Nitro, they can use them anywhere, and if not, it will only work in that specific server. Server owners could also be able to set keybinds up for their server's emotes. With that, people could toggle each emote to one of three options: off completely, which would turn off the keybind; server-set keybind, which would put it to whatever the server owner and any administrator on the server set it to; and custom, which would open up a text box for users to type in what keybind they want the emote to be set to.
To make this easier to manage, auto-emotes for custom emotes could be a Nitro only option (Classic or Regular since both get access to emotes in other servers).
The only problem would be if someone sets two emotes to have the same keybind. It could work similarly to other keybinds where it gives you a warning, telling you it won't work if two emotes have the same keybind. This would also be annoying to manage if keybinds for server emotes was available to everyone, because even though they would only be able to use that keybind in one server and it wouldn't affect the emote from the other server, it would still be the same keybind, which could just break the system a bit. So while custom keybinds for global emotes should be accessible to everyone, custom ones should likely be a Nitro-only feature. It would give people another reason to get Nitro as well as gift it.
Finally, a few last settings that would be a part of the system: a global on/off button turning off all custom keybinds for emotes (which is technically already a thing, but it would include server emotes as well); an on/off button specifically for global emotes that leaves the custom emotes and vice versa; an on/off button for each server's emotes respectively; a button for each server to reset the keybinds to the server-set keybinds. If there wasn't a keybind set by the owner or an administrator for an emote, then it'll be blank and automatically off for that emote.
Just thought it might be a good idea, not sure if this'll ever happen but it could be a cool feature to add in!
