Some embed images clipped incorrectly on Google Pixel 3 (only)

An image, which I compose in my bot app and display to my users, is getting incorrectly cropped or something else is causing the box model to be rendered incorrectly on Google Pixel 3 phones (app version is 81.14 - Stable (81014) ).  This looks fine on desktops, iOS, and if the user touches the image to expand it, but doesn't render for users with that device. Other embeds, including larger ones, work just fine.

Support says the Pixel 3 is unsupported and that I (and my user) should upvote this ticket to get his platform supported, or at least get this issue resolved.
