Permanent Components - Suggestion

Allow the interaction components to preserve their state even after user refreshes Discord:

- Let selection menus keep their selections until a user changes them

- Add toggle buttons (buttons that can be toggled on/off, and stay that way for the user)

- Add permanent inputs (text prompts in chat that can be changed at any time by the user, but whose content persists even after the user closes Discord).

There could be two types of permanent inputs:

- User unique: each user can set/type the component however they like. A good use of this could be a button that allows each user to toggle whether they want to be pinged about announcements or not.

- Server-wide: the input is the same for all users. So if a user presses the button/ types into the input, it will be the same for all users. A good use for this could be an admin control panel for locking/unlocking a channel.
