I got hacked and they spam my friends with my account

This is the message that the hacker sent to literally everyone I've ever spoke to on discord, it also sent this to every public chatroom in all of the servers I was in and got me banned from several of them. If anyone knows anything about this or how to do anything about it, please help me with it. I've already enabled 2FA but still worried if they managed to gain acces to any other of my social media accounts, and maybe even my credit card.

    Ouch. Being hacked is not fun.
    First things first would be to change the passwords for everything important to you, not just discord. Enabling 2FA was a solid move, so stick with that.

    If you're worried about your credit card, you can look up on your bank website on what to do if your card has been compromised. Some of them may ask you to request for a replacement card, but a general less drastic move would be to monitor your credit card report closely for the next month.

    Lastly, delete all the messages that the hacker sent. You don't want to be reported to discord and taken down because of this mistake.

    If you have time, take some time to think back about how you may have gotten breached. Think about suspicious links, or webpages that you clicked. It may help solve a bit of the mysery.

    Some of those servers are useful. And I can't even contact their admins.

    So I raised an issue in their support. All I got was a generic bot response to spam that they will look into it and take necessary action (which they wouldn't inform me about), after 2 days of waiting.

    Also after personally looking at my requested data, the culprit was very likely to be a bunch of ips (botnet?) from a certain russian isp. 

    I am purely speculating but I don't think even 2fa would save you cause, all those ips never even had a login event associated with them. Only send message events through api.

    Yeah this happened to me today. Been changing all my passwords and enabling that 2fa for most of my other accounts on other stuff. Also requested my data too see if anything comes up there but yeah dunno what else we can do.

    After my one got hacked, they took my epicgames and gmail as well, but forgot to change gmail password, i logged in and in find my device section saw that there was an android device connectef from Russia (haven’t fallen for token grabbers or some phishing links)

    SAME BRO, my epic games account also got hacked and there is a Russian email on it.

    Ive been contacting epic games and they are actually responding, I answered all the questions and they confirmed I am the owner of the account. They sent me an email saying provide us with a new email (that will go on the epic games account), I sent it to them 2 hours ago but they haven't responded. These were there questions:

    My friend got hacked as well, luckily my friend is able to change password and turn on 2FA. Be safe guys, those phishing links wanted to steal your account, not your account items.

    Yeah that's true, I got all my accounts safe and secured back to me, they also hacked my Instagram and the people I follow boosted to 1000+, they started posting scam stuff on my story too.

    Same thing happened to me and my cousin. It kinda seems like discord server was hacked.

    Anybody knows how serious it is? I checked most things what I could think off, all latest installed programs, pc log in history, running and startup programs in task manager. It doesn't seem like that anybody has been in my pc.

    Same thing happened to me, hacker hacked my account send scam link (free get nitro from steam) every servers and my all friends.... some servers banned me...and my friends told me unlink everything and remove all from Authorized Apps...

    This just happened to me rn, my account spammed to all my friends and to every single channel of every server I was in some nitro stuff.. I still have no clue how it did it, I changed my password but Idk what else to do

    Guys I let you know that after discord breach they have tried to hack my facebook, gmail, steam, maybe somewhere more where I don't have two factor authentication. Soo you want to enable 2FA everywhere what you care about. 

    Anyway i even reinstalled windows too for good measure.

    Same thing happened to me today, DM'd everyone I ever spoken (except 1 person) and posted in a few of the servers I was in, which got me banned from 1. Checked all my important accounts that had my card associated with it and my Amazon basket had TWO Intel i5s in it which I never put there. Can't think of any shady sites or sus links I've clicked recently so it was just so out of the blue, I'm super careful with my online security

    Same for here :(. Messages were sent to everyone I had spoken to and on most servers. I am very careful with the links and when logging in (web version). I got kicked out of most servers. Any solution?

    I don't know how they were able to access my account. Perhaps by brute force? I think my password was not entirely secure. I dont know...

    I had exactly the same message as the last person above. It spammed all my contacts and channels while i was having a video call with my friend. I did not click any links or something since i was on a video call and im very carefull person. Can u guys update me please? Did anything happen to your more than that? Should reset my pc?

    @sf666 You need to reset all your passwords for everything just in case, I thought my Google was safe but they got my YouTube account deleted and they also stole my Minecraft account. And once you've changed your password, set up 2 factor authentication.

    Happened to me today earlier this morning at 6:34am got kicked out of every server I was in and could not contact any admin to apologize for the hacker’s messages. It happened when I was asleep too! I don’t know what’s going on I did enable 2FA and changed my passwords
