I got hacked and they spam my friends with my account

This is the message that the hacker sent to literally everyone I've ever spoke to on discord, it also sent this to every public chatroom in all of the servers I was in and got me banned from several of them. If anyone knows anything about this or how to do anything about it, please help me with it. I've already enabled 2FA but still worried if they managed to gain acces to any other of my social media accounts, and maybe even my credit card.

    The nitro scam thing happened to me today morning at 4 AM; I got banned from a few servers, but most were understanding. I have 2FA enabled now, worried that my PW was compromised; I had that on some other accs also.

    This just happened to me about an hour ago. Was busy playing a game and saw Llthese notification pop-up about spamming and how I have been banned from all discord channels. Was the steam nitro link. Did make a ticket, waiting reply

    Heh this happend to me yesterday. Got banned from all of my current server that i join cuz they spam it all over those server. Create a new account (this one). Enjoy the new one. Delete the old one. Too busy to make a ticket and ask the server owner to unban me. RIP my many years acc🤧.

    Same thing happened to me today while I was asleep, 2FA was removed and got banned from a ton of servers most without forms of appeal, spoke with some people and got word from a friend who has worked with the discord API that the culprit might be using discord to login to some websites.

    I was inactive on discord for some time due to academic activities. Today I logged in by chance to see that some of the servers that I normally check when I am online, including my favourite server, are missing from my server list. It has sent spam everywhere it could. I have been banned by many servers and blocked by many including friends. After seeing the DMS received in response to those spam messages, I do not even feel like using that account again. :(

    Same thing happened to me, did post about it awhile back. Got in contact with discord. And they were no help. Apparently I'm not the owner of my account that got spammed, even though I have all the details, logs etc. Created a new account. Busy waiting 1 month for a new reply from discord

    Same happened to me my Friend gave me a scam website and i got hacked and i started a chain reaction, i cannot verify my account for some reason, i have take a little precaution after this comment and will change passwords, can anyone help me? I discord support might respond but i need your help

    You could solve this problem by removing suspicious authorized apps like this one, I hope this helped

    The problem isn't the hacker anymore the hacker got logged out, the problem now is i cannot verify myself in the "something is going on here" thing i cannot verify the given 6 digit code, help i have 1mil notifications And each day it goes up higher

    I got hacked too but it’s sending fake nitro links instead, this hacker also has the balls to send this to a certified Discord Moderator. This hacker is so stupid that it sent the messages to the bots like what.

    they hacked my friends too, but this time, it's a free nitro scam (i tried entering my real discord details just to see what would happen, it got all of my passwords associated with the email! stay safe ✌)

    what u mean my friend as been hacked for almost a month and discord doesnt care that he got money stolen from his account with a linked credit card, plus the hacker changed his password and he cant get even a reset password, they also change his email.

    The spam with nitro was on my account too, I have a good antivirus and I use only on windows app the discord program, so I changed the password, i check email was ok, phone number was ok, gmail did not notified for suspicious activity on account or on discord account, I go to discord setting, Authorized Apps and I found one: Challengermode which had acces to my username, e-mail by discord application, without knowing the password.

    Remove all apps which has access to your discord username and change the password

    true. I was hacked just today. Well, there's that best friend of mine who got hacked, so that * sus * link was sent to every people in her friend list, including me. It said ' your friend gave you a free month of nitro ' i was like: ' woah, what the heck '

    I was so sure she was going to give me a REAL 1 month nitro, and them BAM, woo, i'm hacked

    My account started spamming the hell out of my friends and connected channels as well with some "Free Nitro Boost" too. It happened when I wasn't even online. Sad thing was, my friend, clicked on it and clicked "claim". His steam got hacked.

    What is unfortunate. The quality of response from Discord to being hacked has been lack luster at best. I have several friends who had been hacked months ago and their accounts are still being used by hackers. I am a member of several gaming servers and we are already considering other options. This is ridiculous that these companies are not being more proactive in their approach.

    Go.to user setting, my account, scroll to the bottom and click delete account

    But I dunno if what you mean is how to delete your hacked account if you don't have access to it

    yeah it happened to me to i got banned from 7-9 servers i was in and i only have 3 of them left.

    The only thing do is to enable 2FA, my account got hacked and the hacker tried to send some crappy stuff to my friends, I was banned from the servers, the only thing I could do was to delete it and start a brand new discord ACC. Made this one 2FA, strong passwords. Dont click random links about nitro and trade skins, you can spot the URL link ex: discold instead of discord

    i got hacked by a russia hacker and i accidenly click the Link and Then i log out automatic And i verify my Phone number and get back But now he changed the password How do i Log in back ??

    (This is my alt and I am using this account forever since my old account has been banned from many server)
    Same thing happened to me today. When I woke up, my discord with 50+ dms and pings (normally a few only) and got banned from many server. Now I have turn on 2FA but I'm still worried. I check my gmail for verify login for new location but it didn't show.(My main spamming my alt)

    Got hacked just yesterday at evening, about 2 hours before midnight. Happily, all that happened was my account was sending some fishy free Discord nitro for an year link to my friends but I didn't get kicked out of any servers and my friends didn't remove me. I immediately deleted all messages, changed account password and enabled 2FA. What's weird, is that I didn't get any suspicious activity or log-in/reset password attempt message to my email when this happened. Even though I was lucky enough to not have my account damaged and managed to (hopefully) stay safe, I am still worried. Can requesting my data from Discord help me find like logs of suspicious activity or anything, so I can possibly find IP address of the attacker and maybe talk to them? Thanks. I also (kinda) suspect what could lead to this account. I downloaded some virus by accident which then got my PC 95 detected threats in Malwarebytes, and made my browser "managed by your organization"

    Same here, I got hacked and my discord send massages to all of my friends, my gmails account have been also hacked but i change the passwords... help me please if you found out what made it happen.

    This just happened to me I was able to reset my password, enable 2FA and remove all messages of that discord nitro scam. I was wondering if I'm okay as the password under my email address for discord is different than all my other passwords, is there anything else I should do?
