Prioritize Webcams !

Most of us play with two screens on PC. Anytime someone plays a game in full screen , the webcams on our second monitor turn off until we Alt+Tab out of the full screen game and click on the discord window. Is there a way or can we introduce a way to keep these webcams on as some of us gamers chat and game at the same time.
