Add option to super-mute

I really want to mute an entire channel, including red notification dots. Primarily because it's impossible to find the messages that the red dots pertain to for some reason, but also because I really don't want to know or see what goes on in that channel whatsoever.

    If you right-click on the channel, there is two different options, "Mute Channel" and "Notification Setting" if you choose "Until I turn it back on" for "Mute Channel" and "Nothing" for Notification Settings, then you should get rid of everything for that channel. 

    If you want to take this a step further, right-click on the server itself and check "Hide Muted Channels"

    You can even suppress @here @everyone and other role mentions for the server
