Discord Sounds Regarding ADA/WCAG

It would be nice to have settings or features that would allow users to change/manipulate all discord sound effects, specifically the call sound. Users who are sensitive to loud/abrupt noises would be able to customize discord in hopes of creating a comfortable environment. In lieu of forced adaptability, it would be nice to see encouraged "safety settings"
