Change other users profile pictures in that server.

Since there is the feature to change your pfp for a specific server and you can change a user's nickname it would be a nice feature to change someone's pfp. For example, say someone has an nsfw pfp and you have a rule against nsfw you could change the pfp right away instead of asking them to. Another example is if a Minecraft server has a discord server to go along with it you could change everyone's pfp to the head of their Minecraft skin. Since the feature to change your pfp in a specific server is nitro only maybe it could be a feature unlocked by server boosts or something.
