IRC to Discord

Hey!
Many of my friends are using discord and only couple of them uses IRC. So i would want to connect them again using discord so it can read and write to IRC channel. Is this possible to add as a feature on discord or maybe as a bot?
My personal programming skills are on the level of the baby and i can't handle any of those github things.
