Add support for JPEG-2000 image previews

While this is likely a really niche request, I send a lot of JPEG-2000 images in Discord (file extension .jp2) and Discord just treats them as a file instead of an image with a preview. I would love to see this implemented although again I know it's a fringe request and probably difficult to do licensing-wise. Thought I'd ask!
