Partner Badge Information

I would love to see a feature where you could click on a user's partner badge and be able to see what server the badge is from. Kinda like when you click on an emoji, you can see which server the emoji is from. 

This would be useful for many reasons:
Partnered Server Owners can expand their server even further
Curious people like me, can see the server that gave them the badge

Tl;dr - Click on partner badge leads to the server
