Cant use stickers even if I have nitro

I cant use stickers even though I have (yearly) nitro. I can see stickers people send and see them in the emotes thing but they're greyed out for some reason and discord tells me to get nitro when I already have nitro. why is this happening?

  This may be a bug, go to the Discord Tester server and submit a report.
