I can't go to my DMs nor Servers

I'm not banned or anything but for whatever reason, I can't go to my DMs nor any servers for the past 2 days on the Desktop version. I can't even scroll down on my friends list. I tried CCleaning and restarting my laptop and uninstalling and reinstalling Discord but I still can't do anything. The only thing I can do is go to the user settings and that's it. Weirdly enough, I still have access on my phone.

  I'm having the same problem with discord on browser, I can't interact with anything but I can on mobile just fine

  All other sites I go to are working except discord's  >->
