PFP and Banner Gif Not Working

I am using gif files to add to my profile picture and banner. Before I save them I can see that the gifs are working but as soon as I press save, they just turn to pictures without movement.

  same here! kinda weird, it was fine, till then i changed it right now, JUST NOW, it didn't work
