Whenever I upload a picture for my profile, the image becomes super compressed

  Yes, when I upload my profile picture, it becomes pixelated and I cant access the web browser to fix it.

  Yea and I looked up how to fix it, but it comes up to upload a 128x128 image. I have tried it about 5 times, but it hasn’t worked. I don’t know what to do.

  hi hi! to fix this problem to the best of ur ability right now, go to https://discordapp.com/channels/@me in browser and hit the settings button to go and change ur profile picture. rotate your phone sideways though since it’s easier and make sure your photos are already pre-cropped the way you want them to look.
