Allow us to change servers regions manually

Hi, 

I get about 30 ping on Dubai server but I can't seem to connect to it but when I choose automatic it sometimes auto selects Dubai. Please allow us to use Dubai server from server selection. On other servers, we face disconnections and ruins the voice chat experience and is pretty annoying.
