Embed flash files with Ruffle

Ruffle is a standalone implementation of playing swf, aka flash files.
some loops or animations with sound are just not convertable into video files in a good way (looping gif too short for music, doesn't loop cleanly, etc)
being able to send a swf file and have it embed in the chat with ruffle would be really nice.
4chan and swfchan already use ruffle.
