Notification on the channel only (no sound, no red dot)

I would like to have only the white semicircle and emboldened channel name notification for specific channels or for a specific server. So no sounds and no red dot on the system tray icon, but only for a specific server. For other servers and dm I want to still receive notifications.
Is this possible?
