Sticker Suggestions Are Not Remaining Disabled

For the past week, I've had to disable "Sticker Suggestions" roughly 10 times per day. The setting will not stick, regardless of attempting to disable it on Android, iOS, or browsers such as Chrome or Edge.

This is a distraction that gets in the way of typing. Please fix this so that the adjustment to this setting remains persistent, thank you.
