Avatar frames & square avatars

like, something where you upload a image and then you choose if it's something that is already cropped and it has a overlay (doesn't have to cover the entire Avatar) and it's without nitro, nitro would be required only for uploading animated ones

about the square avatars, i think the option to make people see your avatar square or circle, or setting roundness like some themes do, and toggling wich one you want to see (default will be what people put on their profiles and then the roundness stuff that will force it on everyone)
