Feature request: Admins able to spoiler tag other people's pictures

Hi,

There's been a few situations where people have uploaded pictures on my server and we've asked them to re-up them with spoiler tags. It would be really useful to be able to just have a permission that could be set and given to admins or content curators to spoiler tag other people's posts and pictures. That way admins could just spoiler tag it and rather than having to give the user a slap on the wrist and getting them to re-upload it.

  Yes, this would be very helpful!

  For example someone wants to "help" someone, but posts it in an public channel, open for everyone.

  Everyone else will eventually see that and may want to solve trhe puzzle/quiz themself.
