Stickers: Perhaps one slot per one or two boosts between levels?

Right now, there's not much point in having extra boosts if you can't hope to get enough to the next level, but perhaps there should be some benefit to having some amount of boosts between levels? Like one sticker slot per one or two boosts past level 1?
