Discord streaming adapts to the person with the worst internet in the call leading to bad quality
I've done several tests of this with perfect reproducibility already.
It turned out that whenever someone with a bad or insufficient internet connection joins to watch a stream in a voice room, the stream quality (both fps and resolution) degrades for everyone in the voice room. In our current example:
1. A friend was streaming with Nitro, the image was a perfect 1080p 60fps.
2. I joined in to watch while downloading a game from Steam without any bandwidth limitation.
3. Everyone watching the stream immediately noted a degradation.
4. I stopped the download and the streaming quality improved after several seconds
5. What followed were several tests on my end with starting and stopping the download that 100% coincided with the stream quality getting better or worse
As you can imagine it's incredibly bad when even the paid Nitro streaming is unpredictable and entirely dependable on the internet connection of sometimes random people that enter the voice room to watch a stream. It can even be used maliciously without any chance for the streaming party to ever find out the culprit.

I can confirm that this is still an issue. Stream is fine, someone on a phone goes to watch the stream and everyone is degraded to unwatchable garbage.. Please fix this, you guys had an update for this a few months back, but it is not working.
