Extension of the Accessibility settings regarding Flashing Images - Flaws of the Reduced Motion Setting

Hi, I was wondering if the Accessibility options for people with Photosensitive Epilepsy could be extended towards:

- the profile gifs (they interact regardless of settings once tapped on the user profile on clients such as mobile, with no real warning of whats coming ahead), and also to the emoji selector, which remains unaffected by the Reduced Motion Setting platforms other than PC

- The "Server Emojis" section when you open the server menu thing on mobile (I will link in attachments if this is too vague, with the emoji.gg server serving as that example, of course this is a still image but in reality it is intensely flashing animated emojis, although they are small there are some that are incredibly flashy that dont make a difference with size in some instances)

- Server background images/gifs and animated icons - like when you join the server or when you press on the server menu yet again it animates regardless of settings (in order to properly explain which piece im talking about, It will be put in the attachments as the Meme Hub server.

- The channel descriptions on mobile (i have tried all the reduced motion settings but still emojis animate there)

I appreciate this is a lot to ask- and I have enormous respect for the development team and I really hope that this can come to pass- thank you so much for hearing me out!
