BUG: Taskbar icon - right click fails to open context menu

After I've played a game as a full-screen windowed application, the Discord icon stops responding to mouse clicks. It prevents me from quitting Discord 6-7 times out of 10. All other tray icons respond as normal. This has been an issue for me for about a year.
