Discord sound happening non-stop

I turned off the notification sound and muted all of the servers I'm in and the sounds still happens and it happens somewhere between 10-30 times a minute. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to stop it?

  Same, all channels muted, yet every minute I get notification sounds. Already restarted it, no change.
