Please Improve Stage channel

It is really very difficult to search and allow right individual to speak among the  raised hands on mega events having large audience.

So, it is requested to add a waiting to speak type lobby in stage channel. This should be something between Speaker and audience, where the future speakers will appear. So that stage moderator can drag them to speak.
