Support enabling/disabling Game Activity in API

I use a Discord plugin for my Elgato Stream deck which allows me to mute/unmute and deafen/undeafen. It would be nice to do the same with enabling/disabling Game Activity. If this were supported in the API, it would be easy to add this functionality to apps like the Discord plugin for Elgato.
