Muted groups and their voice calls

Hearing and getting a call each time the group chat I muted makes a voice call is something really annoying and I legitimately don't know why it isn't disabled with the notifications...
I wish there was a way to choose to turn off the notifications or the voice calls, or both, but at least that when a group chat is muted ALL things are muted and not only the messages.
